At the end of the 2021 season, Cumberland United Women’s Football Club and Flinders Flames Women’s Football Club merged together to form a new joint entity, known as Flinders United Women’s Football Club, based in St Marys in Adelaide. Our club aims to provide a safe and inclusive ‘lifetime pathway’ for women and girls, allowing them to pursue their love of soccer at whatever age, level or intensity that suits their requirements.

With teams from MiniRoos for girls all the way through to Women’s Senior competitions, Flinders United’s philosophy is to develop and nurture soccer talent among women and girls of all ages in an environment that builds skills and capabilities in teamwork, respect, commitment, and leadership. The club prides itself on being able to provide every female who wishes to play soccer the opportunity to do so in a safe, supportive environment.
