Based in St Marys, Adelaide, South Australia, Flinders United WFC – proudly known as the Flames – is a welcoming, community-driven club dedicated to girls’ and women’s soccer.

From our youngest MiniRoos discovering their love for the game, to our elite women competing in the Women’s National Premier League (WNPL) SA, every player, coach, volunteer, and supporter is part of the Flames family.

At Flinders United WFC, we’re committed to creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment where girls and women of all ages and abilities can develop their soccer skills, build confidence, and form lifelong friendships.

Whether you’re new to soccer or aiming for high-performance competition, there’s a place for you at the Flames. With teams across all ages and skill levels, we provide a clear pathway from grassroots development to elite competition. Our teams compete in the following leagues:

MiniRoos Girls (Ages 5–11) – Where football fun begins!

Junior Girls Football – Youth Premier League (YPL) (under 12 and under 18) – Developing players. Building character. Inspiring passion.

Junior Girls Football – Youth Club Championships (YCC) (under 13, under 14, under 15 under 16) – Where passion meets performance.

Community Senior Women’s Football (all ages over 18 across multiple divisions) – For the love of the game.

Women’s National Premier League (WNPL) and Flinders Academy – Excellence. Determination. Pathway to the top.

Goalkeeper Development Program – Building the keepers of tomorrow.
